Eternal Leadership

Dr. Goldman-Wetzler, who teaches a popular Columbia University course on conflict freedom, works to free people of conflict by banishing destructive habits like blaming themselves, blaming or avoiding others, or seeking to collaborate with people who refuse to cooperate.

To avoid getting stuck in an endless cycle or conflict loop, Dr. Goldman-Wetzler proposes a set of eight strategic practices, including:

·         Increase clarity by mapping out the conflict

·         Use your emotions as a catalyst for change;

·         Select and design a pattern-breaking path, and

·         Test your path by considering the impact of your actions.

Dr. Goldman-Wetzlerallows us to achieve conflict freedom with practical, step-by-step advice to tackle our toughest conflicts.
