Jay is a CEO and a mentor to aspiring business leaders, but before he became successful, he experienced the worst nightmare of his life. In 1998, Jay was critically injured and his Dad died when the car he was driving collided with a train while Jay was driving drunk. The consequences of that fateful day were numerous and overwhelming: physical pain following several operations, fear of losing his job and family, and the anxiety of being put in prison.
